Compliance Officer                       Male/Female(1) post
  • Bachelor degree in Law, Master Degree is more preferable
  • At least 10 years of advocacy experience in corporate and commercial issues
  • Must be able to evaluate legal compliance issues concern with the organization
  • Must be able to develop compliance activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct within or outside the organization, identify potential areas of legal and compliance vulnerability and risk, and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
Finance Manager                             Male/Female(1) post
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Commerce plus Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience
  • Ability to monitor, interpret and provide financial information, cash flows and predict future trends
  • Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risks
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
Financial Analyst                          Male/Female(1) post
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or Economics
  • Graduated from overseas will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience with a bank or other financial institution with direct interaction with superior level
  • Proficient in interpreting financial results and business indicators to identify and analyze trends
  • Superior Excel modeling skills and ability to develop, understand and modify various financial models
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
HR Manager                             Male/Female(1) post
  • Any graduate, more preferable MBA degree or  DMA diploma holder
  • Must have minimum (5) years work experience in related job.
  • Ability to understand the principle of employment practice and labor law
  • Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Office, especially Access and Excel
  • Leadership skill & planning; management of budgets; management of resources monitoring; reporting; communication; networking& Competency of self management
  • Effective spoken and written English
Project Director                                             Male(1) post
  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree, preferably in the civil, environmental or geotechnical discipline.
  • At least 10 years experience of project management in construction.
  • Good understanding of federal government planning and reporting processes and authority-granting mechanisms
  • Excellent ability to make risk-based decisions under high pressure and potentially with limited information
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Comfortable designing and delivering presentations to large public groups, giving media interviews and attending functions as an ambassador of the project.
Project Manager                                             Male(1) post
  • B.E (Civil) and MBA from a reputed institute/ university preferred
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas related construction projects.
  • Plan, manage, track and report on construction budget throughout project life cycle
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to both clients and senior management
  • Manage all project issues, risks and dependencies
  • Must be able to stay in project sites
Construction Manager                                      Male(1) post
  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in construction site or related field
  • Overall responsible and in-charge of individual project
  • Liaison with client’s representatives, sub contractors and authorities
  • Develop and maintain safe and healthy working place
  • Must be able to travel to any location in Myanmar at any time and stay in Project Areas
  • Must be able to liaise with local authorities if necessary
Project Engineer                                             Male(1) post
  • Any Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • At least 3 years experience in related fields
  • AutoCAD highly desirable.
  • Licensed Engineer is preferred
  • Preparation of Project engineering schedules and forecasts
  • Monthly project status reports and change orders
  • Must be able to travel to and stay at project areas if necessary
Billing Engineer                                                  Male(1) post
  • Any Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent related diploma holders
  • At least 2 years experience in related field
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Capable of preparing high quality reports to management team.
  • Must be able to stay in project sites
Business Analyst                                                       Male(1) post
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Master’s Degree is more preferable OR the equivalent combination of related training, proficiency and experience
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in related fields or the equivalent and validated proficiencies
  • Strong  communication skills and good project management skills to be able to create a plan of action for improvements
  • Must be able to review a client’s needs, identify realistic improvements, present recommendations to the management team and work with employees to implement the changes
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of information technology
  • Must be able to travel company’s other work sites
Business Coordinator                      Male/Female(1) post
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups and multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in the use of MS word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Must be able to read, interpret and  execute general documentation
  • Proficiency in Chinese 4 Skills
Senior Economist            Male/Female(1)post
  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics, resource economics, or closely related field at minimum 3 years experience
  • Strong analyze and access economic research and economic arguments presented by stakeholders and contractors
  • Must be able to conduct economic analysis relevant to operational and policy issues
Liaison Officer                                   Male/Female (1) post
  • Must be MBA or relevant degree holder
  • Minimum (10) years experience in coordination of Government organization and commercial sectors
  • Responsible for ensuring communication and cooperation between business entities, governmental organizations and NGO fields
  • Must be able to coordinate the multiple function of task in effective manner
Lawyer                                       Male/Female (1) post
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law and preferable Master Degree in Business law
  • Ability to give legal advice, review business documents and negotiate contracts and other business agreements
  • Must have legal background and expertise especially in business law and company law
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
Editor                                       Male/Female(1) post
  • Bachelor’s degree in English or journalism. Equivalent related diploma holders are acceptable.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related field and information media
  • Overseeing artwork, design, and photography for the feature section of the company’s articles
  • Proofreading all pages before going to press
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand
Risk Assessment Manager                      Male/Female(1) post
  • Able to mitigate the risk management
  • Determine the risk-bearing capacity and arrange self-insurance portfolio risk management strategy including the cost of retention.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and across business units and departments
  • Have a strong presence and can interact effectively with management level
